THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - The Cal Lutheran volleyball team joined the cause of raising awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Awareness, during the month of October. CLU raised more than 500 dollars for breast cancer while joining the nationwide effort.The Regals match at Pomona-Pitzer on October 24 was the official "Power of Pink" contest as the other Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) schools supported the cause at their respective games.Volleyball programs at institutions across the country supported the effort and shared their stories at the American Volleyball Coaches Association Website.
