Boys volleyball
Danny Reilly of Camarillo High is the MVP of the Pacific View League boys volleyball team.
Channel Islands' George Hinckley is the coach of the year.
Named to the all-league first team were: Jesse Flitt, Jose Rojas, Evan Yoshimoto, Christian vanOuwerkerk and Reilly, Camarillo; Jeramiah Valoaga, Channel Islands; Joe Ene, Hueneme; Danny Aguilar and John Liporada, Rio Mesa.
Members of the second team are: J.T. McGinley and Shaun York, Camarillo; Gabe Camacho, Channel Islands; Josh Berglound, Ian Quilantang and Nathan Sanchez, Oxnard; Israel Ibarra, Pacifica; Andrew Araiza and Sean Bisnett, Rio Mesa.
Honorable-mention selections are: Richard Martin and Owen Yoshimoto, Camarillo; Tyler Coleman, Kristian Dadacay and Richard Palmer, Channel Islands; Ben Caluya, Hueneme; Jovanni Ambriz and Darius Durr, Oxnard; Nico Lubag, Pacifica; and Frank Fassl, Rio Mesa.
